On October 5, 2018 JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE) announced its intention to acquire JOBMeal in Sweden and Finland. The agreement was subject to formal approval by local regulatory authorities. Today, we are pleased to announce the receipt of antitrust approval, without any restriction.
